Proses: Blend red guava ,sugar,ice and water after that we must filter guava to throw a seed of guava , enter the sweet milk

KOPYOR FRESH DRINK
Bahan : 400 ml santan kental ,1 bungkus agar agar putih,100 grm gula pasir,garam,es balok ,sepucuk vanili bubuk,es serut ,sirup cocpandan secukupnya,air kelapa
Cara membuat kopyor
Campur santan gula garam,vanili agar agar didihkan siramkan adonan ke atas es balok
Cara penyajian
Siapkan gelas isi dengan sirup cocopandan masukkan kopyor isi dengan es serut dan air Kelapa hias dengan cerry dan siap dah fresh drink nya wah segerrrr FRESH

Peanut Fresh drink /Wedang kacang
Bahan: 500 gram kacang tanah tanpa kulit,pandan,1sendok makan coklat bubuk,250 gram gula pasir, 1 sendok makan soda kue,garam secukupnya ,150 gram ketan
Cara membuat
Kacang tanah dicuci bersih tiriskan masukkan 1 sdm soda kue rendam semalam Cuci kacang tanah , rebus bersama pandan, gula dan garam sampai empuk , masukkan bubuk coklat . Ketandirendam semalam, di tanak diatas air di tambahkan pandan hingga matang.
Cara penyajian
Ambil sesendok ketan di dalam mangkuk kecil kemudian masukkan kacang tanah rebus beserta kuahnya.

Strawberry Orange Sorbet
1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup fortified soymilk
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon honey
